Return Policy NO RETURNS ACCEPTED as a rule, since we're located at South Korea. Return is approved only in the case of shipment of damaged items. Please refer to the following procedure: 1. Ship the item and a copy of the invoice or license paper that came with your order. 2. On the original invoice, write the reason for your return. Leave a message on Tensiya's Q/A board also. 3. A copy of your invoice MUST be included in your return for the return approval. 4. Frequent returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. |

About the fees that can be generated during the international ordering process 1. Tensiya's payment system is designed as basic fees and taxes are paid by Tensiya. : The amount paid by Tensiya includes basic fees and taxes such as VATs, special consumption taxes, export taxes, and foreign credit card fees (6%). Besides that, Tensiya also pays exchange fees (2-3%), banking fees (2-3%), etc. on behalf of customers. Tensiya DOES NOT include this amount into the price of products. 2. : However, if additional costs other than listed on #1 are generated due to the special occasions depending on customer's country, location, and bank, the cost can be billed to the customer's account. The additional costs are: 1) Additional exchange fee. 2) Additional bank fee. 3) Custom tax, state and local tax, and other miscellaneous taxes. We try our best to pay as many fees as possible. However, since we don't include the amount into the price of the products, we are not able to take responsibilities of paying all the fees generated in special occasions. |
